Had to reblog this as I believe its the best thing I have wrote, its also a good way to say “I’M BACK””

Not wanting to live,
But not wanting to die,
Drowning in your own thoughts,
And wanting to cry.
Very low spirited,
Day after day,
Not being able to sleep,
When in bed you lay.
Irritable and impatient,
Feeling full of despair,
Even when you awake,
You’re in a nightmare.
Distancing yourself from others,
And finding it difficult to speak,
Thinking what is the point?
As the future seems bleak.
Wanting to self harm,
Battling with anxiety,
Listening to repetitive thoughts,
While sitting there so silently.
Tired with no energy,
You cant cope with the stress,
You cant make no decisions,
As your mind is a mess.
One in five get depression,
So alone you are not,
And you will get through it,
Even if your mind says you cannot.

When I read about your writing, it made me think of Albert Camus the famous existential nihilist philosopher and novelist.. Your poems resembles existential nihilism. Even in despair there’s a need to “authenticate life” [Sartre’s Phrase] and be creative. This is Anand Bose from Kerala.

If this is a real snap of what’s going on.. WRITE more It will cause catharsis. Although short lived at first but it will eventually last longer. In the meantime keep your chin up… It makes it easier to knock you out. a little levity I know damned little but you smiled if only for a second —Smile More—

Corey, do you listen to music? Morrissey, Blur, Struts, Kurt Vile? I have a friend I worked for who has his own radio show called “Lopsided World of L” and it’s on a station out of Liverpool. New Music can be really stimulating.

Thanks for the following Corey! It really means a lot to me considering I just recently started writing again after my 4 year hiatus. Anyway. You have a way with words. Great poem! Look forward to reading more!
